Garage Slab Leveling

NCFI Geotechnical offers polyurethane systems that are specially formulated for garage slab leveling and similar applications. Our polyurethanes have fast cure times and require no excavation, enabling contractors to provide their customers with a fast and effective solution to get their concrete slabs back to where they should be.

When garage slabs settle, the typical cause stems from support soils settling due to compaction or soil loss. This process leads to voids forming underneath the slab, causing the slab to settle. By injecting polyurethane underneath the slab, the polyurethane expands and fills the voids until it compacts against the slab. The polyurethane can then exert upward force, lifting the slab back to grade and reestablishing soil load-bearing capacity.
