Josh Burcaw
Executive Vice President
Josh Burcaw is the Executive Vice President and division head of the TerraThane Geotechnical Division. He has over 24 years of experience working with geotechnical polyurethanes, from behind the gun to running URETEK ICR as Vice President and CEO. He developed a career of training and growing organizations and helping innovate the geotechnical polyurethane industry into the national market it is today.

Patrick Burchett
Terrathane Product Manager
Patrick Burchett has been with NCFI Polyurethanes for 16 years starting as commercial and residential insulation and commercial roofing territory sales representative based in Fort Worth, Texas. Pat was instrumental in the formation, development, and market drive of many polyurethanes systems within the TerraThane line of products today.
Mr. Burchett is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), and the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA). He is an active annual application demonstrator at the Annual Short Course, Grouting Fundamentals and Current Practices held previously at the Colorado School of Mines and now at the University of Texas. He had successfully completed the Grouting Fundamentals and Current Practices Course in 2009 at the Colorado School of Mines.
He is SPFA-PCP Certified #S00362 and has completed American Chemistry Council’s High Pressure SPF Safety Training Course in 2014. Mr. Burchett has also successfully completed the Polyurea Development Associations’ Basic and Advanced Applicator Spray courses.

Ronnie Simmons
Technical Services
Ronnie Simmons has 19 years experience troubleshooting equipment for packaging, roofing, commercial and residential, OEM (in-plant systems) and GPF foams. He has served as NCFI’s lead in professionalizing and providing training and support for foam contractors with an internal program of hands-on training on the proper use of equipment and advanced techniques for trench-breakers for pipeline, manholes/utility access, void filling, and concrete lifting. Ronnie has extensive experience with nuclear remediation at Oak Ridge, Tn. and the Hanford nuclear site in Washington State.
Ronnie is certified in operations, maintenance, and diagnostic analysis of urethane equipment, auxiliary equipment, and application techniques from NCFI, Graco, PMC, and Gusmer.

Kevin Irwin
Territory Manager - South Central US
Kevin’s experience with geotechnical polymers began in 2006 when he was owner of URETEK ICR Mid-South based in Little Rock, AR. Kevin’s resume working with geotechnical polyurethane covers a variety of applications including deep polymer injection, foundation repair, waterproofing, water cutoff, void filling, and I&I remediation. Prior to joining NCFI GEO in June, 2019 Kevin, served in Project Management and Development for FSI GEOCON, a deep foundations contractor that specializes in micropiles, soil nails, helical piles and rock anchors.
Kevin supports NCFI’s customers in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota for geotechnical applications.

Andrew Tucker
Territory Manager - Southeastern US
For over 15 years, Andrew Tucker has worked across a variety of polyurethane applications. He previously owned and operated a concrete leveling and spray foam company, where he gained experience working at every level of the organization from crew, operations, sales, management, and ownership. His geotechnical experience has placed him in high level commercial and government projects, and he has become known as a specialist in the applications of single-component systems. Andrew brings valuable experience and broad product and application background to the NCFI Geotechnical team. Based out of Tampa, FL, Andrew manages NCFI Geotechnical sales and service in our Southeast territory, which consists of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

Steve Barnes
Territory Manager - Western US
In his first job after serving in the US Navy, Steve began his career in concrete lifting and soil stabilization with URETEK USA on large geotechnical polyurethane projects across the United States. After URETEK, Steve worked in infrastructure CCTV inspection for over 15 years. He operated as a small business owner, learning firsthand the demands of building a business from the ground up, and managed crews and projects for over 20 years. Steve brings strong field experience, first-hand knowledge of polyurethane applications on high value infrastructure applications, and a strong work ethic to the NCFI Geotechnical team. Steve manages sales accounts for the Western U.S., which includes CA, AZ, NV, OR, UT, WA, and ID.

Clifton Westlake
Territory Manager - Northeastern US
Clifton has been a part of the construction industry since 2004, first working in Plumbing and HVAC as a service technician then with Hi-Tech Coatings in 2008, where he gained vast experience in concrete rehabilitation with floor epoxies and foundation and concrete lifting using polyurethane. After 5 years, Clifton moved to Southern California where he worked with EagleLIFT, Inc. as a crew member, crew manager, production manager and Sales Representative. Clifton is joining NCFI after deciding to move his family back to the New England area. Clifton’s firsthand experience in geotechnical polyurethanes and his understanding of sales, operations, and specification will make him an invaluable asset to our Northeastern US customers.
Clifton is the Territory Sales Manager for the Northeastern US. In this role, Clifton supports contractors in the states of ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, OH, IN, MI, WI, IL, MN, IA, and MO.
