Tom Gibbs Sales Manager NCFI Geotechnical Division
NCFI is excited to announce that Tom Gibbs, an accomplished sales professional with a strong background in the geotechnical industry, has rejoined NCFI Polyurethanes as the Sales Manager for the Geotechnical Division. In this new role, Tom will lead the Geotechnical Sales team throughout the United States.
Tom began his polyurethane career in 2007 as an Independent Consultant for URETEK, where he developed a deep understanding of urethane applications and their impact on geotechnical projects. His experience in this role laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
In 2009, Tom took his expertise to the next level by establishing Urethane Technologies, a company he owned and operated for seven years. During his tenure as the owner-operator, he successfully managed the business, catering to a diverse range of clients and providing them with tailored urethane solutions.
Tom’s skills and industry knowledge led him to join NCFI in 2016 as a Territory Manager. In this role, he demonstrated his sales abilities, expanding NCFI’s market reach and forging valuable relationships with clients across the region.
In 2020, Tom embraced a new challenge by accepting the position of Senior Business Development Manager for Polyurethane Grouting at Keller North America. During his three-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in growing the department and strengthening Keller’s presence in the industry. Tom’s strategic thinking, strong leadership, and ability to identify opportunities further cemented his reputation as a top performer.
After three successful years at Keller, Tom decided to return to NCFI Polyurethanes in his new role as Sales Manager for the Geotechnical Division. This homecoming signifies his commitment to NCFI and his belief in the company’s vision and products. His prior experience with NCFI, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the geotechnical sector, makes him an ideal fit for the position.
In addition to his professional achievements, Tom holds several certifications that reflect his dedication to safety and ongoing professional development. He possesses OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 Certifications, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Tom is also Confined Space Entry Certified, ensuring he has the necessary expertise to handle challenging work conditions.
Tom also carries several industry certifications and memberships. He has completed the Grouting Fundamentals and Current Practices Course at UT Austin. He is a proud member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where he actively participates in industry discussions and stays up to date with the latest advancements. Tom is also a member of the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) and the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), engaging with professionals in these organizations to share insights and contribute to the industry’s growth.
